Sustainable Design

Lilker integrates social, environmental and economic considerations into equipment, energy systems and design methods, with particular attention given to equipment lifecycle. We investigate potential sustainable projects for our clients and prepare LEED feasibility reports for all building types.
An active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), 35 percent of Lilker’s technical staff is made up of LEED Accredited Professionals (APs), among them principals, managers and engineering associates. Lilker is a recognized Green Advocate, providing educational seminars and professional services to governmental agencies for the Energy Stimulus programs and LEED legislation.
